Lactation Support
Lactation Support – Compassionate Care for Your Breastfeeding Journey
Breastfeeding can be beautiful—but it’s not always easy. Whether you’re preparing during pregnancy, navigating the early days with your newborn, or troubleshooting weeks or months into your journey, you don’t have to do it alone.
At NurtureCo. Chiropractic & Lactation, I provide in-home and virtual lactation consultations tailored to your unique needs as both a Chiropractor and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). My integrated approach looks at the whole picture—your baby’s latch and oral function, your comfort and milk supply, and even how your posture, body mechanics, and recovery from birth impact feeding.
How We Can Help
Prenatal Education & Preparation – Learn what to expect, how to establish supply, and how to get a great start.
Latch & Positioning Support – Find comfortable, effective positions for you and your baby.
Milk Supply Concerns – Guidance for low supply, oversupply, or fluctuating supply.
Pumping & Bottle-Feeding Support – Build a plan that works for your lifestyle, whether you’re at home, returning to work, or on the go.
Feeding Challenges – Assistance with painful feeds, slow weight gain, reflux, oral ties (tongue/lip ties), and more.
Postpartum Recovery Integration – Gentle chiropractic care to support posture, reduce pain, and make feeding more comfortable.
Why Choose NurtureCo for Lactation Support?
One-on-One Care – Every visit is personalized to your goals, your body, and your baby.

Your breastfeeding goals are valid—whether that’s exclusive breastfeeding, combination feeding, or pumping. My role is to empower you with knowledge, tools, and confidence.
